An Improved Biometric Fusion System of Fingerprint and Face using Whale Optimization

In the field of wireless multimedia authentication unimodal biometric model is commonly used but it suffers from spoofing and limited accuracy. The present work pro-poses fusion features face fingerprint recognition system as an Improved Biometric Fusion System (IBFS) leads to improvement in performance. Integrating multiple traits performance improved thereby reducing fraudulent access.The paper introduces IBFS comprising systems that are Fingerprint Recogni-tion (IFPRS) Face Recognition (IFRS) introduced. Whale optimization algorithm with minutiae feature for IFPRS Maximally Stable External Regions (MSER) IFRS. To train designed IBFS, Pattern net a classification algorithm. works based on processed data set along SVM achieve better It observed proposed exhibited average true positive rate accuracy 99.8 percentage 99.6 percentage, respectively.
